Swine Flu - Do's & Don't
A respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A (H1N1) influenza viruses. People normally do not get swine flu, but human infections can happen through contact. Primary level exposures to humans have caused widespread infection globally.
It is quite like regular influenza and can easily be dealt with.
- Fever (high grade)
- Cough
- Sore Throat
- Body Aches
- Headache
- Chills
- Fatigue
- Some people reported diarrhea and vomiting associated with swine flu.
- Like seasonal flu, swine flu may cause a worsening of underlying chronic medical conditions.
- There are similar to the symptoms of regular human flu.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- There is no vaccine for this disease and none is necessary.
- First and most important: wash your hands frequently. Hand washing can save you from infecting yourself and your airway.
- Drink plenty of fluids.
- Try to stay in good general health.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Be physically active.
- Manage your stress.
- Eat nutritious food.
- Try not to touch surfaces that may be contaminated with the flu virus.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Stay at least 6 feet away from people sick with flu.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Germs spread this way.
- Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
- Talk to your doctor if you have problems.
- Stay at home if you are sick.
WHAT SHOULD I NOT DO?
- Don't panic.
- Don't switch temperature suddenly. Avoid going suddenly from heat to cold or vice verse.
- Don't go into dense crowd unless absolutely necessary.
- Don't cough and sneeze openly. Use a tissue.
- Don't throw the sneezed /coughed tissue anywhere. Throw it in the trash.
- Don't shake hands or hug. If you do, wash hands of ten.
- Don't be afraid to travel. If you are cautious, you are safe.
- Don't wear those cloth masks. It is recommended only for people who are already affected.

King of Pop - Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson or Micheal Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009), the "King of Pop" has changed the music culture. He was very popular around the world for four decades. One of the few artists to have been inducted into the Rock and Roll of Fame twice, his achievements included multiple Guinness World Records-including the "Most Successful Entertainer of All Time"—13 Grammy Awards, 13 number one singles, and the sale of over 750 million records.
He made his debut in 1968 as a member of Jackson 5, beginning a solo career in 1971. His 1982 album "Thriller" remains the best selling album of all time.
Jackson died at the age of 50 on June 25, 2009, in Los Angeles, after suffering a cardiac arrest.
I've been in the entertainment industry since I was six-years-old... As Charles Dickens says, "It's been the best of times, the worst of times." But I would not change my career... While some have made deliberate attempts to hurt me, I take it in stride because I have a loving family, a strong faith and wonderful friends and fans who have, and continue, to support me.

Life on the river
Its on the Kaptai lake. These bamboos are soaked in the river & then it'll be used to make one kind of paper. But some are living on these stack of bamboos. Life is very simple to them. They need very little thing to survive. Their demands are less. They only need a place to sleep. May be whole day they go for fishing or boating to earn their livings. May be their whole family grows up in there. But those of us who lives in town; they need a lot of thing to survive. We cant think our life like them. With the modern tech our demands have increased. Even without cell phone our life stops, but even in 2000 cell phone was beyond reachable. But now its so cheap that anybody can afford & communicate with each other. Life is just a button away.

Kaptai Lake

Bird_of_Paradise
Heliconia pendula inflorescence
The common name of this flower is bird of paradise, lobster-claws, wild plantains. The first term refers to their close similarity to the bird-of-paradise flowers (Strelitzia).
The leaves of these plants are 15-300 cm long, oblong, growing opposite one another on non-woody petioles often longer than the leaf, often forming large clumps with age. Their flowers are produced on long, erect or drooping panicles, and consist of brightly colored waxy bracts, with small true flowers peeping out from the bracts. The growth habit of heliconias is similar to Canna, Strelitzia, and bananas, to which they are related.

Magic Flute
The world's most famous child prodigy, and the finest composer & performer of his time, Wolfgang Amedeus Mozart was born in Salzburg, Austria, in 1756.
Mozart's finest opera was "The Magic Fluet", written in the last year of his life. The opera, a fairy story, tells of an Egyptian Prince, Tamino, who sets out to rescue Pamina, daughter of the Queen of the Night, with a magic fluet and a bird catcher, Papageno.
The Opera was instantly popular.
In November 1791, Mozart caught an undiagnosed & terrible fever, & on 5 December he died. After a simple funeral, he was burried in an unmarked grave.

Life is beautiful!!! Live it !!!
Once when we were sitting at the edge of a swimming pool, she filled the palm of her hand with some water and held it before me, and said this: "You see this water carefully contained on my hand? It symbolizes Love."
This was how I saw it: As long as you keep your hand caringly open and allow it to remain there, it will always be there.
However, if you attempt to close your fingers round it and try to posses it, it will spill through the first cracks it finds.
This is the greatest mistake that people do when they meet love...they try to posses it, they demand, they expect... And just like the water spilling out of your hand, love will retrieve from you .
For love is meant to be free, you cannot change its nature. If there are people you love, allow them to be free beings.
Give & don't expect. Advise, but don't order. Ask, but never demand.
Give & don't expect. Advise, but don't order. Ask, but never demand.
It might sound simple, but it is a lesson that may take a lifetime to truly practice. It is the secret to true love. To truly practice it, you must sincerely feel no expectations from those who you love, and yet an unconditional caring."
Passing thought... Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take; but by the moments that take our breath away.....
Life is beautiful!!! Live it !!!
