SONG OF THE RAIN

The sky was gray today
When she woke up and got out of the bed
She walked out into her balcony
She saw the rain pouring down fast
It washed her tears away
And washed her sadness away
Rain I hope you will stop soon

It will make the grass grow green again
It will water the flowers in the garden
This is the song of the rain
God created the rain and the sun also
How luckyYou have heard her prayer
It finally stopped raining again

I always found peaceful the sound of the rain
The sound of the rain is music to my ears
And puts me to restAny time of the day or night
I am not frighten of the rain
I know that the rain is not going to hurt me
And I am not going to melt either
Because I am not made of ice

The song of the rain I sing
I wrote it for the rain
I had the rain on my mind today
Honestly I did
The rain washes all the mud away,
the side walk, and the street away

The song of the rain I keep singing on and on
Until I run out of voice
And tired myself out
People say the rain is for the ducks
Some say it is raining cats and dogs
Every time it rains out

Spain wins Euro 2008 final after 44yrs

On the strength of Fernando Torres' goal in the 33rd minute, Spain claimed its first European Championship in 44 years Sunday with a 1-0 victory over Germany at Ernst Happel Stadion.
Spain found European glory for the first time since 1964, finally shedding its label as perennial underachievers.

"It is to me the most important day in Spanish football in many, many years," Torres said.

Against the highly accomplished Germans, the Spaniards weren't intimidated. They got the one goal they needed — from a slumping striker, no less — and set off chants of "ES-PANA!" and "Ole, Ole Ole!" at the final whistle.
The entire Spanish squad ran over to the huge rooting section of red and gold, exchanging hugs, while many of the spent Germans collapsed to the turf.
When Spain goalkeeper and captain Iker Casillas accepted the trophy on a stage, the Spanish fans began chanting the melody to their national anthem, which has no words. Thousands of camera flashes went off as the players jumped in place, then headed onto the field to show off their prize.
The Spaniards weren't close to finished with their celebration that was so long in the making. They marched to their rooting section, hoisting the cup and saluting their flag-waving, firecracker-exploding fans.
"We have won in a brilliant way," coach Luis Aragones said. "We will be able to start saying we can win, a European championship as well as any other thing."

Death

"Since the day of my birth, my death began its walk. It is walking toward me, without hurrying."
We know one thing for sure that everybody will die one day. Some will go early some will go late. It's like everybody is waiting for his/her death. They/We are getting ready but we don't know that. Whenever one's bell rings he/she is ready for another world. This is a hard truth of nature.
When an older person dies it touches us but we can sometimes convince ourselves. But when an young person dies its very difficult to make the dear ones calm. When a mother dies after child birth; its so difficult. The child can never understand the love of a mother. She/He will be mother/father someday but will miss her mother as well. Again, when somebody loses her/his children/child. Its again difficult. Is is said, "It's difficult for a father to carry his child's dead body."

AN ARTIFICIAL RAIN !!

To remove the air pollution on the atmosphere..it is called 'CLOUD SEEDING' a latest technology to customise weather...CLOUD SEEDING, a form of weather modification, is the attempt to change the amount or type of precipitation that falls from clouds, by dispersing substances into the air that serve as cloud condensation or Ice Nuclei. The usual intent is to increase precipitation, but hail suppression is also widely practiced. SILVER IODIDE and DRY ICE are the most commonly used substances in CLOUD SEEDING. Sundarbans-Largest Mangrove Forest Of The World-Dhk, Bangladesh

The Sundarbans (Bengali: সুন্দরবন Shundorbôn), is the largest single block of tidal halophytic mangrove forest in the world; lies at the mouth of the Ganges & is spread across areas of Bangladesh & West Bengal, India, forming the seaward fringe of the delta. The forest covers 10,000 sqkm of which about 6,000 are in Bangladesh. It got inscripted as a UNESCO world heritage site in 1997. The Sundarbans is intersected by a complex network of tidal waterways, mudflats & small islands of salt-tolerant mangrove forests. The area is known for the eponymous Royal Bengal Tiger, as well as numerous fauna including species of birds, spotted deer, crocodiles & snakes. It is estimated that there are now 500 Bengal tigers & about 30,000 spotted deer in the area.

The Sundarbans is inhospitable, dangerous & monotonous. Dense mangrove forests occupy 56 islands & the balance is under saline water which flows through numerous tidal channels & creeks. It is difficult to approach & even more difficult to spend time in. But for those who dare, it must be one of the most attractive & alluring places remaining on earth.

Due to the loss of its natural habitat & poaching, the national symbol of Bangladesh, the royal Bengal tiger, is in danger of extinction. It is estimated there are less than 400 royal Bengal tigers roaming the Bangladeshi Sundarbans.

The water level of the Bay of Bengal has been rising over the years. Dams and barrages that are being built north of the Sundarbans in India have decreased fresh water levels, which has killed some types of vegetation.

Illegal logging is on the increase, the mangroves are partially in the district of Khulna, which is also the site of a govt paper mill. The factory relies on nearby legal timber supplies, but with the Sundarbans so close, illegal loggers have been making forays into the inner regions of the forest, cashing in on millions of dollars worth of stolen wood. Tourism is the most recent problem for the Sundarbans, as the beauty of the area is advertised around the world, more & more travelers arrive in large tour boats.

snake of Sundarban

The Sundarbans is very rich in wildlife & also filled with Sundari trees. But this mangrove forest is under threat, & also cyclone sidr damaged a large portion of this forest. Experts fear that much of nearly 40 species of mammals, some 400 species of birds and more than 200 species of fishes fell victim to the calamity

Tsunami.... can turn the world

A tsunami is a system of ocean gravity waves formed as a result a large-scale disturbance of the sea that occurs in a relatively short duration of time. This impulsive disturbance causes vertical displacement of the water column. In the process of the sea water returning to an equilibrium position, a series of oscillations takes place, both above and below sea level, and waves, which propagate outwards from the source region, are generated.
Two days before Tsunami

This is a satellite image of the tsunami just before it hit the beach in Sri Lanka with an enlargement to show the seawater being sucked off the beach into the gathering wave.

The last picture! There are people who believe in God, there're others who don't believe, but we must understand that we're small when nature hits... This picture was taken on the banks of Sumatra Island (the height of waves was of aprox. 32m=105ft). It was found saved in a digital camera, 1 1/2 yrs after the disaster. We can't know for sure, but very likely the one who took the picture isn't alive any more (it was just a matter of sec). Today we can see the last image he/she saw before ending life on Earth!

Global Warming - We should be more concern.

If you didn’t know what Global Warming means, it refers to the increase in the average temp of the Earth’s near-surface air & oceans in recent decades & its projected continuation. An increase in global temperatures may in turn cause other changes, including sea level rise, & changes in the amount & pattern of precipitation resulting in floods & drought. There may also be changes in the frequency & intensity of extreme weather events, though it is difficult to connect specific events to global warming. Other effects may include changes in agricultural yields, glacier retreat, reduced summer streamflows, species extinctions & increases in the ranges of disease vectors.
The more knowledge we wish to acquire about why the world’s temperature and climate is changing, the greater is the need to understand Global Warming facts. These Global Warming facts are leading to much controversy and are very important to us if we want to save our planet from the consequences of Global Warming.
Another fact is an increase in temperatures that is seriously impacting the colder areas of the world such as the Arctic region, where ice from this part of the world that keeps our planet cool and which serves to act as our very own natural air conditioner is slowly melting away. It is these huge sections of sea ice that are rotated constantly and they give off cooling winds that come down to the lower regions on the earth and make our lives more bearable.
Such frightening Global Warming facts should serve as a timely warning that we should consider how we emit gases and control our industrial production methods so that we can make the world safer as well as eco-friendly at the same time. The effect on animals such as the Polar Bear and others will be absolutely severe and most undesirable.
There is need to educate humanity by disseminating Global Warming facts to everyone so that it enables us humans to act more responsibly and help prevent the life-threatening effects that can destroy our planet, and change the way we live.

Why does a woman sometimes cry for no reason?

"Why are you crying?", a young boy asked his mom....
"Because I'm a Woman," she told him.
I don't understand, he said.

His mon just hugged him & said, " And you never will, but that's OK...."

Later the little boy asked his father, "Why does mom seem to cry for no reason?"
"All women cry for no reason," his Dad replied.

The little boy grew up & became a man, still wondering why women cry?
Finally he could ask GOD "Why do women cry so easily?"

God answered.....

"When I made woman,
I decided she had to be special.
I made her shoulders
strong enough to carry
the weight of the world, yet,
made her arms gentle enough to give comfort.

I gave her the inner strength
to endure childbirth
and the rejection
that many times will come
even from her own children.

I gave her a hardness
that allows her
to keep going and take care,
of her family & friends,
even when everyone else give up,
through sickness and fatigue without complaining....

I gave her the sensitivity to love her children
under any & all circumstances.
Even when her child has hurt her badly....

She has the very special power to make
a child's boo-boo feel better and
to quell a teenager's anxieties and fears....

I gave her strength to care for her husband, despite faults
and i fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart....

I gave her wisdom to know that
a good husband never hurts his wife, but
sometimes tests her strength and her resolve
to stand beside him unfalteringly....

For all of this hard work
I also gave her a tear to shade
It is hers to use whenever needed!
It is her only weakness....
When you see her cry,
tell her how much you love her, and
all she does for everyone, and
even though she may still cry,
you will have made her heart feel good.

She is SPECIAL!!
Love your MOTHER always and
Keep her smiling"

RUB RUB YAAA RUB...

Knowledge starts from believe...................
For nay knowledge, u have to believe first

RUB RUB YAAA RUB

Scientist has proved that the sound which comes from heart beat is LUB DUB.
But now they analyze that it is RUB RUB. RUB is Arabic word and it stands for the LORD who has created and owns everything in this Universe, He is Most Merciful & beneficent ALLAH. So it means every heart beat says ALLAH ALLAH.
It is fact and you can research to know this and all other facts in Islam and in this Universe.
1. The Holy Prophet (Sallalahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, Stop doing everything during the Azaan (Call for prayer), even reading the Quran. Please always remember to use correct terminology and words in Islam as Arabic words are very sensitive unlike English and other languages.
2. Never say Mosque - say " MASJID " The meaning of Mosque is Mosquitoes.
3. Never write Mecca - It means "House of wines" so, write "MAKKAH"
4. Don't write the name of Our Prophet (S.A.W) or your name In short as "MOHD or MD." It means "The dog with big mouth" so write " MOHAMMAD" or " MUHAMMAD"

May ALLAH Subhanawataalah accept our deeds in spreading this mail and all other genuine Islamic information. " Your deeds are the provocation of your thoughts, so always fill your mind with good and positive thoughts "

Anne Frank & her Diary

Annelies Marie "Anne" Frank (June 12, 1929–early March 1945) was a German girl from the city of Frankfurt. She gained international fame posthumously following the publication of her diary which documents her experiences hiding during the German occupation of the Netherlands in WWII.

The Diary of a Young Girl is a book based on the extracts from a diary written by Anne Frank while she was in hiding for two years with her family during the Nazi occupation of The Netherlands. The family was apprehended in 1944 and Anne Frank ultimately died of typhus in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. After the war, the diary was retrieved by Anne's father, Otto Frank. The diary, which was given to Anne on her 13th birthday, chronicles her life from June 12, 1942 until August 1, 1944.

In July 1945, after the Red Cross confirmed the deaths of Anne and Margot, Miep Gies gave Otto Frank the diary, along with a bundle of loose notes that she had saved, in the hope that she could have returned them to Anne. Otto Frank later commented that he had not realized Anne had kept such an accurate and well-written record of their time in hiding. In his memoir he described the painful process of reading the diary, recognising the events described and recalling that he had already heard some of the more amusing episodes read aloud by his daughter. He also noted that he saw for the first time the more private side of his daughter, and those sections of the diary she had not discussed with anyone, noting, "For me it was a revelation... I had no idea of the depth of her thoughts and feelings...She had kept all these feelings to herself".
Anne's diary began as a private expression of her thoughts and she wrote several times that she would never allow anyone to read it. She candidly described her life, her family and companions, and their situation. Anne had expressed the desire in the re-written introduction of her diary for one person that she could call her truest friend, that is, a person to whom she could confide her deepest thoughts and feelings.

When Otto Frank eventually began to read his daughter's diary, he was astonished. He said to Miep Gies, "I never knew my little Anne was so deep." He also remarked that the clarity with which Anne had described many everyday situations brought those since-forgotten moments back to him vividly.

Legendary designer Yves Saint Laurent

designd by Saint Laurent
"Mondrian" day dress, autumn 1965

Yves Saint Laurent or Yves Henri Donat Mathieu Saint Laurent (1st Aug '36 -1st Jun '08) was a french fashion designer who was considered one of the greatest figures in French fashion in the 20th century. But this great man is no more with us, Saint Laurent died at his home after a yearlong battle with brain cancer.

"Chanel' gave woman freedom" & Saint Laurent "gave them power," Berge said on France-Info radio. He called Saint Laurent a "true creator" who went beyond the aesthetic to make a social statement.

He was a libertarian, he has transformed the society as well as Women.

The Gucci Group, which acquired the Yves Saint Laurent fashion house in 1999, said the designer's death "leaves a great emptiness but also a sublime inheritance."

In his own words, Saint Laurent once said he felt "fashion was not only supposed to make women beautiful, but to reassure them, to give them confidence, to allow them to come to terms with themselves." Saint Laurent widely was considered the last of a generation that included Christian Dior and Coco Chanel and made Paris the fashion capital of the world, with the Rive Gauche, or Left Bank, as its elegant headquarters.

From the first YSL tuxedo and his trim pantsuits to see-through blouses, safari jackets and glamorous gowns, Saint Laurent created instant classics that remain stylish decades later.
"Mr. Saint Laurent revolutionized modern fashion with his understanding of youth, sophistication and relevance. His legacy will always be remembered," said Calvin Klein designer Francisco Costa. Saint Laurent's simple navy blue pea coat over white pants, which the designer first showed in 1962, was one of his hallmarks. His "smoking," or tuxedo jacket, of 1966 remade the tux as a high fashion statement for both sexes. It remained the designer's trademark item and was updated yearly until he retired.

After retirement, Saint Laurent spoke of his battles with depression, drugs and loneliness, though he gave no indication that those problems were directly tied to his decision to stop working.

This is how we miss out something called L.I.F.E

A boy was born to a couple after 11yrs of marriage. They're a loving couple & the boy was the gem of their eyes.
When the boy was 2yrs old, one morning the husband saw a medicine bottle open.
He was late for office so he asked his wife to cap the bottle & keep it inside the cupboard. His wife, preoccupied in the kitchen & totally forgot the matter. The boy saw the bottle & playfully went to the bottle & fascinated by its colour & drank it all. It happened to be a poisonous medicine meant for adults in small doses.

When the child collapsed, the mother hurried him to the hospital, where he died. The mother was stunned.
She was terrified how to face her husband. When the distraught father came to the hospital & saw the dead child, he looked at his wife & uttered just five words.

The husband just said: "I'm with you Darling"

The husband's totally unexpected reaction is a proactive behaviour. The child is dead. He can never be brought back to life.
There is no point in finding fault with the mother. Besides, if only he had taken some time to keep the bottle away, this would not have happened.

No one is to be blamed. She had also lost her only child. What she needed at the moment was consolation & sympathy from the husband. That is what he gave her.

If everyone can look at life with the kind of perspective, there would be much fewer problems in the world.
"A journey of the thousand miles begins with the single step."
Take off all your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness & fears. And you'll find things are actually not as different as you think.

MORAL OF THE STORY:
Sometimes we spend time in asking who is responsible or whom to blame, whether in a relationship, in a job, or with the people we know.

But this way we miss out something called....L.I.F.E

White peacock....

Traditionally, if someone sees a white peacock, his/her fortune turned better. Some says that the white peacock is the resemble of good luck. It is also called Albino Peacock.
