One of Pattaya's most noticeable landmarks is the 130 meters high Buddha Mountain. A huge golden Buddha image is set on the mountain, which is also called Khao Cheejan that can be seen from miles away.

Grand Palace (Wat Phra Kaew)

The Grand Palace is a complex of buildings at the heart of Bangkok, Thailand. The place has been the official residence of the Kings of Siam since 1782. The constructions of this Palace began on 06 May 1782, at the order of King Buddha Yodfa Chulaloke (Rama I), the founder of the Chakri Dynasty when he moved the capital city from Thonburi, to Bangkok.

The Temple of The Emerald Buddha or Phra Kaew is a royal Chapel which contains the small, very famous and greatly revered Emerald Buddha that dates back to the 14th century; the robes on the Buddha are changed with the seasons by HM The King of Thailand and forms an important ritual in the Buddhist calendar. Twilight

Another sunset, another end of a day, another new dawn, another hope.

Babylon Hanging Garden

This Hanging Gardens of Babylon were one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, & only one of the wonders that may have been purely legendary. They're purportedly built in the ancient city state of Babylon, near present-day Al Hillah, Babil province, in Iraq. The Hanging Gardens were not the only world wonder in Babylon; the city walls and obelisk attributed to Queen Semiramis were also featured in ancient lists of wonders.

There is some controversy as to whether the Hanging Gardens were an actual construction or a poetic creation. But I've captured this photo from Babylon Hanging Garden in Iraq. I was lucky to go there by myself and saw one of the seven wonders of ancient world.
